The Schulz Building was built in the 1920s on the corner of Aurora Avenue and Webster Street, just a short distance from its current resting place on the grounds of Naper Settlement. William and Rose Schulz ran a combination filling station, corner grocery store, and restaurant in this building during the 1920s and 30s.
